We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for most of our products. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return and exchange process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
